All financial transactions on the phmacou Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmacou accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer.
Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. phmacou does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phmacou bears no responsibility.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phmacou.

phmacou's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmacou does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phmacou reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

Where changes are material, phmacou will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phmacou Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
